I just want to say thank you for arranging for my ancient solar hot water system to be serviced today after I had noticed a leak.

Adam rang me just after noon asking what time would be suitable to come round (nice bit of extra customer service). He arrived 15 minutes later and introduced himself.

I’ve dealt with many tradesmen over the years but Adam was one of the most polite and professional. He was also patient and helpful with the questions I had about how solar hot water tanks work! He worked quickly and then showed me the old parts from the system he had replaced.

With such excellent service and professionalism, I would happily recommend Kalamunda Plumbing to anyone.

Hi Max,

Scott has been working on finding and fixing a leak at my property since last Friday and completed the task yesterday.  His professionalism and work ethic have been exemplary and it is thanks to him that a very difficult problem has been solved.   I would also like to acknowledge the role played by Adam in working on the problem and suggesting a solution that saved the day.  Finally, the sub-contractor who drove the excavator, Ivan, handled his machine with great skill and care for our garden.  He clearly had an established and easy working relationship with Scott.

Whilst the bill was not insignificant, it could have been higher and the damage to the garden much greater – it is thanks to the excellence of your team that it went so well.
