About Us About Kalamunda Plumbing

Kalamunda Plumbing is a family-run business now in its third generation. The Jones family of plumbers began serving home and business owners more than 6 decades ago. Until recently, our work was concentrated in and around Kalamunda and the Hills. But due to continued and more widespread demand, we’ve gradually spread our wings to embrace more and more Eastern Suburbs of Perth Hills.

In 1954, Wally Jones had a strong desire to start his own plumbing business, and a vision of how it should be run. Great plumbing work? Of course. But to “Dad”, it was always far more important to remind his customers that no matter what, he’d always be there for them – just like we are for you today.

I had a plumbing emergency. My house has two toilets with one being from the original build prior to an extension. The old toilet kept blocking because the roots of a neighbouring tree had entered the drainage pipe completely blocking the sewage exit line. A team came out and did an assessment and gave me two options. I had the option of maintaining the current toilet which meant the problem would definitely recur or having a complete toilet replacement with the piping redirected to the newer line. I chose this option and am impressed it could be done on the same day. A second team came out and replaced the toilet efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their work. Definitely a great company and I would highly recommend them.

Great service from the minute I rang to when the job was completed. Even rang and said could arrive earlier than stated time.arrived at 11am and by 3.30pm had a brand new water heater installed. Friendly staff explained whole process and recommended several options. Decided on heat pump as saves on electricity costs.

My toilet had been blocking up quite often but particularly bad recently. I got into contact with Kalamunda plumbing on Monday morning and by 1030 Tim and his apprentice were at my house. Turns out it was more than a blockage, the pipe had actually completely broken. Within a few hours I had a new toilet installed! It was a cold and rainy day too, but that didn’t stop Tim. I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful to the service that Tim and the team at Kalamunda plumbing provided! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
