Drain Clearing: Our 3-Month Satisfaction Guarantee
Kalamunda Plumbing guarantees your 100% satisfaction for 3 months following any drain or sewer clearing job we complete on your behalf. If during that time, your drain blocks-up again, we’ll return to your home and reinstate the flow to the affected drain or toilet, free of charge. If you’re still not completely satisfied, we’ll refund 100% of your drain clearing fee.
What Our Guarantee Does Not Include
Only two things can void our service guarantee:
- Your drain blocks-up again due to system abuse, such as an excessive use of toilet paper, or flushing an improper object (like grease or fat, toys, paper towels, nappies or sanitary products) down the drain or toilet after service was provided.
- Pipe failure, such as a cracked, broken or collapsed pipe that was brought to your attention on a previous call but still hasn’t been repaired, or a pipe failure that resulted after service was provided.
Otherwise, we stand squarely behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

RootX Treatment: Our 12-Month Guarantee
Kalamunda Plumbing guarantees that if any residential sewer line they have treated with RootX root inhibiter chemical blocks-up, chokes, or backs-up due to live root regrowth within 12 months of treatment, they will clear the blockage and reinstate the flow to the affected drain free of charge (RootX treatment invoice must have previously been paid in full).
The Kalamunda Plumbing Guarantee only applies to blockages caused by live root regrowth. The Kalamunda Plumbing Guarantee does not apply to blockages, stoppages, or chokes caused by grease or fats, other foreign matter (including sanitary products, or excessive use of toilet paper), broken, flat, collapsed, or deformed drain pipes, or blockages not included in the originally treated section of drain pipe, septic system problems, or Water Corp sewer main stoppages.
