As you may know I have been away overseas during most of June and July 2025. Immediately before and during that time you advised on and removed a defective solar h/w system and replaced it with an Envirosun Heat Pump system.

My recollections over many years of various services provided to me by Kalamunda Plumbing, are that your work and back-up services in many different aspects of plumbing have been excellent.

Apart from having relevant trades qualifications, I have found all of your ‘boys’, as you call them, to be always creative in dealing with complex issues affecting customer home-based installations and should be congratulated for continuing to have such enthusiasms.

Through no fault of their own it was after 6.30 p.m. before they left tonight. I kept telling Barry to leave it and come back tomorrow and that I could manage without hot water tonight, but he insisted they finish the job.

Hi Kalamunda Plumbing Team,

We had a problem with our solar hot water system not heating after having electric booster on for 2 to 3 hours.

I contacted Kalamunda Plumbing Service. What a great office staff; very caring and professional. They had a Service Technician Clayton out there next day. He is very professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He had the problem sorted in no time.

On a scale of 1 to 5, give this Company 6. I have been using this Company for years and I will continue to use this Company. I definitely recommend this Company.
