Phil and I would like to express our thanks and appreciation for the work Kalamunda Plumbing & Hot Water recently completed for us.
It is all too often the case when calling a company or tradesman you are so very disappointed with the service and or product. In this case we were very pleasantly surprised. We received prompt, efficient and polite service each time we were in contact with any of your staff.
In particular we would like to thank Adam for his friendly approach to quoting our job on the two occasions we called him out and the numerous changes and additions we made to the original plans and close monitoring of the job while it was in progress.
We would also like to thank Daniel and Steven for their hard work on the installation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, honesty and reliability were second to none. It also helped that they had a sense of humour.
As I have a background in education and training, I would also like to commend Daniel on his mentoring skills when working with the younger, less experienced members of your team; he is leading the way in developing the next generation of quality tradesmen.
