I recently required the services of your company to locate and rectify a water leak in our garage. I phoned and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful receptionist who arranged for a plumber to attend to the job.
Scott and Anthony arrived a short time later and i was immediately impressed with their enthusiasm, motivation, listening skills and they were extremely polite young men. In addition to that they both had firm handshakes and maintained eye contact with me at all times during our conversations.
Scott assessed the situation and suggested that the source of the leak could be at a different location to where the water was seeping into the garage and suggested that before he started cutting the concrete floor it would be a good idea to employ the services of LEAK-TEC P/L who had the equipment to precisely pinpoint the fractured pipe. This turned out to be a good decision because the leak was in the cavity wall, about 2 meters from where it was draining into the garage.
Scott came back the next day with Mike (also a quality young man) and repaired the leak. All work was done professionally, with minimum damaged to our property and to my complete satisfaction.
