I just want to say thank you for arranging for my ancient solar hot water system to be serviced today after I had noticed a leak.
Adam rang me just after noon asking what time would be suitable to come round (nice bit of extra customer service). He arrived 15 minutes later and introduced himself.
I’ve dealt with many tradesmen over the years but Adam was one of the most polite and professional. He was also patient and helpful with the questions I had about how solar hot water tanks work! He worked quickly and then showed me the old parts from the system he had replaced.
