I just wanted to reiterate following on from my phone call to you this afternoon about the job Chris and Scott undertook at my house in Maida Vale today.
They are a credit to your company, very prompt, polite and informative. They knew their job and sorted out our blocked shower problem without issue.
I wanted to let you know as I know that many people don’t tend to let businesses know when a job is done well, they only complain!
