Just following up my phone call this morning with an email.
Please pass our thanks to Chris for his quality and professional service in fixing our burst pipe (x2) on Saturday.
He ensured that the work was completed, despite being more involved and taking longer than expected due to a second burst pipe.
He did this with a cheerful attitude and was committed to finding and fixing the problem to ensure that we were not without water for any longer than necessary.
