Our hot water system stopped working last week and they came out promptly, provided us with a temp fix, and installed a new system as soon as they were able.
Good, knowledgeable and friendly guys, who were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves and even shut the perimeter gate on their way out (which is something that tradesmen rarely do).
